We clean the roof using a low-pressure cleaning procedure, which is just enough to remove all the moss and dirt. The collected debris is properly disposed of and will not enter the drains. We then follow this with a DDAC biocide treatment that kills any remaining spores and prevents regrowth. This treatment comes with a two-year guarantee, ensuring no moss regrowth within that period.
To maintain the roof, we recommend applying a biocide treatment every three years. This not only keeps your roof looking great but also prevents damage and extends its lifespan.

We can restore your driveway and re-sand block-paved areas once they are dry. This may need to be done on a separate day, depending on the weather.
We also offer a stain removal service for oil stains on driveways and patios. This is an additional service, with pricing based on the area and level of contamination.

We can restore render or paint to its original appearance with our softwashing service. This process involves applying a biocide mixture to the surface using an extendable pole. We use different market leading biocides, with either 40% or 50% DDAC, depending on the application.

As with any type of cleaning, regular maintenance is the best approach. A biocide treatment every 2–3 years will keep these areas looking fresh and bright while prolonging the life of the surface.
