Tired of moss falling from your roof and blocking your gutters? Our roof cleaning service removes moss, algae and dirt safely, using hand tools and a low-pressure method that protects your tiles and ridge mortar. All debris is collected and disposed of responsibly, and your gutters are cleared at the end so drains stay clear.
Once the roof is clean we apply a professional DDAC biocide to kill remaining spores and stop regrowth, backed by our 2-year no-moss guarantee. A maintenance biocide every two to three years keeps the roof clean and helps extend its life.
Prices start from £500 and are calculated per square metre.
Patio or driveway looking tired? Our pressure cleaning removes dirt, algae, moss and grime, leaving surfaces cleaner, safer and refreshed. Pressure and cleaning method are matched to the surface, from block paving and natural stone to porcelain, concrete and tarmac.
For block paving we re-sand the joints once the surface is dry, which may be completed on a separate day depending on the weather. Optional oil stain removal is priced by area and severity, and surface sealing protects your patio or driveway for years to come.
We restore render and painted surfaces to their original colour with our softwashing service. Using extendable poles and low pressure, we apply a professional biocide mix (40% or 50% DDAC depending on the job) that kills algae, mould, lichen and black spots rather than blasting them off.
We use leading products including AlgoClear Pro and BioClear Pro 50, designed for render, painted masonry, concrete, sandstone and timber. Results last far longer than pressure washing, and staining continues to fade in the days after treatment.
Keep your gutters ready for the next downpour. Our industrial gutter vacuum and camera system lets us clear even stubborn blockages safely from the ground. We remove moss, leaves and debris from gutters and roof valleys and check every downpipe is flowing.
We also inspect gutter joints for leaks and can carry out minor repairs. Softwashing is available to clean algae and dirt from the outside of the gutters, restoring a fresh, well-maintained finish.

It is ideal for new builds, extensions and re-roofed properties, and for developers handing over homes. The treatment is applied at low pressure with no scrubbing, so tiles and fixings are untouched. Churches, listed properties and older buildings need a gentler approach. Handmade clay tiles, lime mortar, flint and soft stone can be damaged by high pressure, so we remove moss by hand and with soft tools, rinse at low pressure only where it is safe, and finish with a biocide to slow regrowth.

Our aerial roof inspection service uses a drone to capture high-quality 4K images and video of your roof, making it easy to spot missing or damaged tiles, failing ridge mortar, blocked valleys and the level of moss.
All footage and images are emailed directly to you for your records. It’s a quick, safe way to check the condition of your roof before booking a clean or repair, with no ladders or scaffolding needed.
Our IPAF-trained operatives can use powered access platforms such as cherry pickers and scissor lifts, and we're PASMA trained for mobile towers. That means tall roofs, three-storey render, high gutters and commercial buildings are reached safely, with the right equipment for the job.
We also clean prefabricated concrete panels, cladding, render, gutters, hardstanding, paths, kerbs, plinths, pelmets and car parks for commercial clients, and provide internal high-level dust removal from pipes, beams and HVAC ducting in warehouses, factories and large retail units.
